Excellent stay with lots to do!
various activities sandy beach snorkeling spot
There were so many activities available (crazy river, bumper boats, vr games, and an aqua park with a float elevator!). I needed more time to experience everything. I also found the sandy beach at Dana Beach clean. Even my daughter preferred the beach over the pool (she usually loves pools).

I found the aqua park quite variable. My children enjoyed the water slides most. also the hotel offers sandy beach access plus transportation. It worked well for us.
the hotel had many guests, so the shuttle bus to the aqua park was sometimes crowded.

just okay, some issues
dusty furniture hair
the water park had nice slides.
The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and dust on the furniture. also, the noise level was high. Loud music played late into the night. i complained, but the staff didn't seem to care much, and the problem persisted throughout my stay.

friendly staff clean room huge aqua park delicious food
the reception staff offered quick check-in, and ahmed abdelrady explained every detail about the hotel. the room was clean and i found the food amazing. the aqua park is huge and excellent! the variety of food at the restaurant was delicious.
the shuttle bus to the aqua park was crowded, so i waited a bit.

The staff were helpful and always ready to assist. The room included comfortable beds. The food options included variety suitable for many tastes. I found the aqua park very fun.
The shuttle to the aqua park became overcrowded causing a long wait.
