just okay, some issues

the water park had nice slides.
The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and dust on the furniture. also, the noise level was high. Loud music played late into the night. i complained, but the staff didn't seem to care much, and the problem persisted throughout my stay.

the reception staff offered quick check-in, and ahmed abdelrady explained every detail about the hotel. the room was clean and i found the food amazing. the aqua park is huge and excellent! the variety of food at the restaurant was delicious.
the shuttle bus to the aqua park was crowded, so i waited a bit.

The staff were helpful and always ready to assist. The room included comfortable beds. The food options included variety suitable for many tastes. I found the aqua park very fun.
The shuttle to the aqua park became overcrowded causing a long wait.
